Sheila and Brian Bike and Soak September 23rd though October 2nd, 2016. We started with 4 days in Idaho visiting Marlene & Gene Meyers, then the Slocan Valley Rail Trail, 3 days based in Nelson and 3 days in Nakusp BC. We biked about 8 half days with 4 hot spring soaks (6 minutes). (Music in Memory of Leonard Cohen)
